Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states – including your PO box, your apartment with the broken buzzer, and even APO/FPO addresses. (International? Not yet – we’re still figuring out that logistics puzzle.)

Processing time (the part we control):
We fold, pack, and seal your linens like they’re going to a VIP spa. This takes us 1–3 business days. We don't rush perfection – but we promise we're quick.

Delivery times (the part we don’t control):

Yes, these are estimates. No, we can't make USPS drive faster in a snowstorm. But we'll track your package like a hawk.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number via email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Stalk it all you want – we do too.

Lost / Stolen packages:
If the carrier says "Delivered" but it's not on your porch, do a quick lap around the house (neighbors are sneaky). After that, we'll help you file a claim – but legally, once it's marked delivered, it's out of our hands. We'll still guide you through it, though.

Wrong address?
If you typo your own address (it happens – we've all been there), email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your package might take a scenic detour back to us, and we'll have to charge you for reshipping.

Returned to sender?
We'll reach out to you with a coffee-in-hand attitude. Reshipping fees apply.
